About Sue Gross Team

Our Story

Sue Gross stands out in the real estate industry for her dedication to personalized service and in-depth knowledge of the local market.

My name is Susan Gross, but everyone calls me Sue. I am a Broker/Realtor for Keller Williams Pinnacle and would like to share a little about myself. Spending my early life in the bootheel of Missouri, my family and I moved to Belleville when I was 5 years old. My father worked for Old Vienna Chips, Hostess, the National Stockyards, and Hess Concrete. It wasn’t until 1972 that my family, which included my four brothers and sisters, moved and settled in O’Fallon. So, I have lived in the Metro East most of my life. Growing up in the bi-state area, my love of the St. Louis Cardinals grew from listening to games with my grandpa on the farm, to watching them on TV with my family, and finally being lucky enough to attend games. I will always be a Cardinal fan! Since 1983 when I married my husband Mike, we have moved seven times and built four homes- from Iowa to Oklahoma. So, I’m no rookie when it comes to packing up and moving, selling, then buying resale or new construction homes. In 1986, my husband and I started having children and decided to move back to the Metro East. In 1988, my husband began his real estate career, and I jumped in to assist, evening working alongside him as a partner when we started our own local real estate company. As family life and careers blossomed, we planted roots in O’Fallon where we raised our two sons, Ryan and Matthew. As the boys grew, Mike and I became dedicated band parents to the OTHS Marching Panthers as both of our sons marched with blue and gold panther pride. We now live in a great little community in the Belleville area called Wingate Village. Doubling as a mom and career woman, I dedicated 32 years to the financial world as a Client Service Representative. The next natural step for me just felt like real estate. I believe working with people and caring for one of their most important assets should be serviced by a professional Broker in an ethical manner – so I took the leap and received my real estate license in 2000 and again in 2023 for a combined total of 12 licensed years. I have been a Broker/Realtor for Coldwell Banker Brown for one year but have worked for many well-known Real Estate Brokerages over the years. I serve clients in St. Clair, Madison, Monroe and Randolph counties. As I have worked with many customers, one of the most satisfying things for me is when I am able to find them a house to call home or sell their prized possession. I feel like I’m a natural at buying and selling homes, working the market, and assisting my clients from initial offer to loan closure. And with over three decades of real estate wisdom, I’d love to be the one to represent you with making the best and largest investment of your lifetime.
